Then, structure your presentation based off both logical information such as certain statistics, studies, and research.

After doing so, you can then begin to talk about stories – making it personal – about how your specific product/service provided a DESIRED OUTCOME for someone.

Here’s the thing, once you have a reader captivated by your message, they’re highly intrigued with what you have to say, and you have evoked enough emotion through your words or video…

..then making the sale or converting someone into a client will be a breeze.

Strong Sales Page

The sales page should be one of your top priorities when it comes to your online marketing efforts. No matter where you’re getting clients, whether it’s from Facebook ads, PPC, search engine optimization – your sales page should be the first point of contact between you and the future prospect.

And if you don’t have a well written sales page with emotion evoking copywriting – you’re losing out on thousands of dollars.

Your sales page can be the difference from having a failed venture to a thriving business.

When it comes to writing good converting copy for your health sales page there are a few different strategies you can use. For the sake of the length of this post, I’ll provide you with just one for now…

One of my go-to approaches is what I call the “Feel Better” tactic.

For this strategy, you simply take a specific health problem and you make the solution to the problem the main big idea, headline, and lead for your sales page. In order for this to work, your reader already knows about the other solutions in the market.

It’s important for you to find an angle that makes your message unique.

For example, you’ll see several health promotions where there is one ingredient that the sales message is built around. The promo will then talk about the benefits to that specific ingredient then eventually moves onto the product as a whole.

While an effective sales page can convince the reader to be interested in what you have to sell, you should also have a sales funnel in place for the future prospects who aren’t ready to buy yet.

Must Have an Airtight Sales Funnel

Having a sales funnel in place is equally as important as having a strong sales page. An online sales funnel is the same principle has a real world sales funnel. And if you don’t have one in place – you could be losing out on thousands of dollars.

Picture it like a normal real life funnel.

At the top, the funnel is wider and that’s where you pour in the substance. This is then filtered down into a specific destination. It’s the same thing when it comes to an online funnel.

An online sales funnel moves prospects who are not yet informed about your product/service into avid customers/buyers.

Here’s a successful online sales funnel that works in the natural health space:

#1 You have cold traffic (top of funnel) usually through facebook ads, search engine optimization, or social media traffic

#2 The cold traffic is then sent to your long-form or short-form sales page (length of sales page is for another day) – making sure you collect their email and have a call to action at the bottom.

#3 Now for the people who didn’t buy but gave you their email address, you have an even higher opportunity to sell them on your product/service through email. Since you know they’re interested enough to give you their email address, you can craft your emails accordingly.

#4 Follow up with selling MORE of the same product (this works well for supplements).

In terms of the supplement space, in writing – it seems like it wouldn’t make sense to sell more of the same product after they just bought it but, it works.

Relentless Follow Up

We touched on this a little bit before but following up with emails is a great way to stay in touch with a prospect and convert them into a buyer further down the road.

A big mistake many people in the natural health space make, or any industry for that matter – is not making it a priority to collect leads, establish relationships, provide value, and make a sale through email.

This is direct communication to your prospect and a sales funnel with an effective email campaign can be the difference from a zero profit business to a multimillion dollar establishment.

The Future of Growing Your Natural Health Business

The world of marketing has shifted online and it provides us with an infinite amount of prospects, profit, and branding if you’re willing to put in the time to learn it.

Often times the first contact point with your prospect/future buyer is through your words and that’s why I can’t emphasize enough the importance of having strong copy throughout your sales funnel.

If you don’t have the time or effort to write compelling copy, hiring a copywriter should be one of the first things you seek out when marketing online. Don’t make the mistake of trying to cheap out on the copy for your marketing message as it will only come back to bite you at the end.

This is the new way of marketing and whether you like it or not, it’s here to stay.

Trying to promote your new supplement in brick and mortar stores isn’t effective anymore and the cost of setting up an online sales funnel will produce much greater results.

And establishing your brand as an alternative health practitioner, health consultant, or functional medicine doctor will become much easier when you begin to jump into the world of online marketing.

So instead of trying to go against the grain, I highly recommend establishing an online sales funnel if you really want to ramp up your business.
